New Article 16/03/15



This story really caught my eyes as in my eyes burning people in cars is what i put with hollywood movies but not just West Sussex. When reading through this piece the thing that hit me was the section where it says ' A 34-year old woman...has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder', this shocked me because in the news you hear a lot around males killing and committing murder however you slightly forget that women do this stuff due to the stereotypes of them being a weaker sex and not killers. I found this story interesting and it shocks me that this was in pure daylight and that there were no witnesses just hearing the occurrence happening.

    Your opinion on this story was especially strong and you commented on the representation of gender within it which was interesting. You also had context in your comment as you referred back to the article. Again you could have used another example which would have also allowed you to compare it to this article.

This story was heartbreaking to hear how a trip with friends turned to a death. This was interesting to read as many wouldn't know what a quarry was and how how he could have drowned in it, but this really touched and in my opinion i am glad they have signed a petition to get it filled who knows what else could happen.
